1. SHAREit App

Files can be be transferred using the ShareIt app. A guide on how to transfer will be provided.

2. Google Photos

The owner may back up and upload the renter’s photos and videos to Google Photos upon request. The files will remain accessible for 2 months before deletion. The renter is responsible for downloading and saving the files within the given time frame. Please ensure that all photos and videos are transferred within this period. After the stated time frame, all files stored on the drive will be permanently deleted. The owner shall not be held responsible for any files that are not downloaded or transferred prior to deletion.

3. Telegram

The renter may upload files to their own Telegram account using the rented device or may request the owner to send the files via the owner’s Telegram account. Please note that with a Telegram Premium subscription, the maximum file size allowed is up to 4GB per file/individual file upload.

4. Other Methods

Transfer via Google Drive, Quick Share, Bluetooth, or other means (the renter is responsible for this process).

<aside> ⚠️ Important Note: Please transfer all photos and videos after use or within the rental period. Files may remain on the device for up to twenty-four (24) hours after the owner has received the phone; this period may be may be reduced or extended depending on whether there is a next renter. An extension of up to one (1) week may be allowed only if there is no next renter and the owner has been informed in advance. After this period, all files stored on the device will be deleted. The owner is not responsible for any loss of data or untransferred files after deletion.
